Water and sewerage networks, from the first cut to handover.
We design and build water supply mains, sewer collectors, service connections and laterals — with our own engineers, machinery and crews, in towns and villages alike.

Services
Design, construction and consultancy
We can pick the work up at any stage: from the design brief, from an already approved project, or from the tender file.
Design
Feasibility studies, permit documentation, technical design and construction details for water and sewerage networks, with specialist designers and certified project checkers.
Feasibility studies and rehabilitation assessments
Technical design, specifications, bills of quantities
Design, construction and consultancy for water and sewerage networks
We cover the whole chain of a water and sewerage investment: the technical documentation, the construction itself with our own machinery and crews, and support on tenders and payment certificates.
01 · Design
Technical documentation, from brief to permit
We produce documentation for water supply, foul and storm sewerage networks, at every stage, with specialist designers and certified project checkers.
Feasibility studies for new schemes and rehabilitation assessments for existing networks, with technical options, key indicators and the overall cost estimate.
Permit documentation · Technical design · Construction details
Building permit documentation, the technical design, construction details, specifications and bills of quantities.
Approvals and technical checking
Obtaining the planning certificate and the required approvals, independent checking of the design against quality requirements, and filing for the building permit.
Water networks
Trunk mains, distribution networks, waterworks compounds, reservoirs, pumping and chlorination stations, hydrants, service connections.
Monitoring the works, site instructions, variation and omission orders, attendance at hold points and at handover.
02 · Construction
Network construction with our own machinery and crews
We do not subcontract the core of the work. Excavation, pipe laying, manholes, testing and reinstatement are done by our own people and machines — which is why we can hold to the programme.
Excavation and pipe laying
Our own excavators and mini-excavators, trench shoring for deep excavations, sand bedding and backfill compacted in layers.
Service connections and laterals
From the street main to the property boundary, with meter chamber, connection chamber and reinstatement of the affected area.
Pumping stations
Prefabricated wastewater pumping stations and water booster sets: installation, electrical works, controls, commissioning and testing.
Crossings and directional drilling
Crossings under national and county roads and railways by horizontal directional drilling, with a protective duct.
Road and pavement reinstatement
Road sub-base, asphalt surfacing, paving and kerbs over the areas affected by excavation.
Testing, handover and maintenance
Pressure and tightness tests, compaction testing, as-built dossier, handover on completion, warranty call-outs.
Direct labourthe company's own crews and machines, not hired in

03 · Consultancy
Public tenders, cost estimates and site support
We have put together bid files and followed payment certificates on our own projects for years. We make that same experience available to companies bidding for utility infrastructure contracts.
Public tender documentation
Preparing the bid file in line with the tender data sheet: the European Single Procurement Document, forms, qualification documents, third-party support undertakings and subcontractor declarations.
The technical proposal
Construction methodology, works programme and Gantt chart, allocated resources, quality management plan, health and safety and environmental plans.
Cost estimates and quantity take-offs
Extracting quantities from the design, checking the standard bill-of-quantity forms, price analyses, tender estimates and justification notes.
Reviewing the technical design
Checking that the documentation is complete before bidding: discrepancies between drawings and written parts, missing quantities, clarification requests to the contracting authority.
Support during construction
Site organisation, the quality control programme, hold points, site instructions and the relationship with the client's site supervisor.

Team
The people and machines behind the work
Engineers, specialist designers, site managers and construction crews with deep experience in water and sewerage networks.
About us
A team of specialists, not just a plant hire company
Norinvest Construct is a team of specialists in water and sewerage infrastructure, made up of several engineers — in building services, civil and hydraulic engineering — covering both the design work and the running of the sites themselves.
The construction is carried out by highly capable crews with extensive experience in utility networks: people who have laid tens of kilometres of pipe, in towns and villages, on difficult ground and with crossings under national roads and railways.
We work alongside specialist designers și cu certified project checkers, and for complex projects we draw on a wide network of partners: surveyors, geotechnical engineers, electrical and control engineers, directional drilling and road works companies. That is how we can take a project from brief to final handover without depending on anyone for the essential steps.
How the team is structured
Who takes the project from brief to handover
The same people follow the project from the design to the final payment application — nothing is lost in the handover between stages.
Project managers
They run the project on the company side: the contract, the programme, procurement, and the relationship with the client and the site supervisor.
Site managers
They run the working site itself: crews, plant, setting out, hold points, safety and day-to-day quality of the works.
Design engineers
They produce the feasibility, permit and technical design packages for water and sewerage networks, and provide the designer’s site supervision.
Quantity surveyor
Quantity take-offs, price analyses, tender estimates, payment applications and final accounts.
Civil engineer
Structures related to the networks: manholes, valve chambers, base slabs, reservoir foundations, road reinstatement.
Surveyors
Topographic surveys, setting out the routes on the ground, checking levels and gradients, as-built drawings after construction.
